Dear Parents,
W.B Yeats said, “Education is not filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire.” CTKIC has been precisely doing this by igniting the young minds with a craving for knowledge for the last 48 years. I am very much honoured and delighted to join CTKIC again and to associate with this portal of knowledge in the capacity of a manager, although in the past I served this institution and the people of Tundla as a regent.
I would like to place on record the hard work of all the former managers and the principals who served this institution with utmost dedication. The incumbent principal Rev. Fr. Jipson Palatty is leaving no stone unturned to equip the teachers with new skills in teaching and learning process even making online learning a delightful experience for students when the entire world is impacted due to the Covid-19 pandemic challenges.
I quote Rabindranath Tagore who is considered as one of the greatest educational thinkers of India, “The highest education is that which does not merely give us information but makes our life in harmony with all existence.” He was of the opinion that only to acquire knowledge is not the real education. The real education is for the development of faculties of human being. And that’s where CTKIC aims to build an environment where the students foster spiritual, cultural, social, sporting and academic excellence.
CTKIC values on building a society for students which involves an amalgamation of innovation, morality, truth, goodness, collaborative learning and forming positive inter-personal relationships.
I am really impressed by the resilience and compassion demonstrated by teachers, students and parents even during these unprecedented times and I wholeheartedly thank the parents for their constant support and cooperation in all the decisions the school makes for the well-being of the students.
Looking forward to a healthy and constant innovative learning in the future! May the Lord Almighty shield all of us from all sicknesses and diseases, and grant you all good health, peace and prosperity!
